Suspension of expedited H-1B visas partially lifted

Some Florida companies may be able to arrange for foreign employees to get H-1B visas more quickly than in the past few months. On July 24, some employers were once again given the ability to expedite H-1B visa applications by paying for them. In March, this premium processing was suspended by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The reinstatement applies to H-1B visas that are exempt from the annual visa cap.
